Classification of CNC punch press:
According to the structure, it can be divided into two categories

2. Closed CNC punch: O-shaped mechanism without open surface. Advantages: it can make high tonnage 35 tons and above, and has good stability. Suitable for high precision sheet metal processing. Defect: the cost is higher than that of open CNC punch, so the loading and unloading must be from the left and right sides.
According to the working stamping method:
1. Mechanical transmission: use flywheel rotation inertia to drive the impact head to punch. Large tonnage, low cost, low maintenance cost.
2. Hydraulic transmission: hydraulic cylinder motor is used to drive the striking head for stamping. Advantages: low noise, high tonnage; defects: high cost, requiring maintenance personnel.
The difference between laser cutting machine and CNC punch? That depends on what you are processing products, CNC punching cheaper, punching sheet, maximum punching 6mm, simple, single, dense holes, lower cost. It is generally suitable for cold rolled steel plate. Laser cutting, water-cooled cutting can cut 12mm thick. Can cut, plexiglass, aluminum plate, iron plate, etc., wide range of application, high precision, can cut complex shaped products. The cost is higher.
The so-called work station is to put the corresponding die into the position slot for punching and cutting processing. This is very simple. Of course, the thinnest one is station a, the thicker one is station B, the thicker one is station C, and the coarsest one is station D, which is 12.7mm, These dimensions, strictly defined as 31.7mm, are the maximum punching dimensions that can be processed by the corresponding station die, such as Position a mold, you can buy any punch shape mold you need in the circumscribed circle with a diameter of 12.7mm. The hole beyond this size needs to be processed in the mold of station B. it should be noted that the molds in each station can not be interchanged arbitrarily, unless you add a station conversion sleeve.
